BIBO Crystal

BIBO (BiB3O6) is a newly developed Nonlinear Optical Crystal. It has advanced characteristic for the NLO application broad transparency range from 286nm to 2500nm;

•  large effective SHG coefficient (about 9 times that of KDP);
•  Wide temperature-bandwidth
•  Inertness with respect to moisture

Application:

1. SHG for middle and high power Nd: lasers at 1064nm

2. SHG of high power Nd: lasers at 1342nm & 1319nm for red and blue laser

3. SHG for the Nd: Lasers at 914nm & 946nm for blue laser.

4. Optical Parametric Amplifiers (OPA) and Oscillators (OPO) application;
